DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Current processing times are 5-10 business days to ship regardless of chosen ship speed or shipping carrier.

We recommend shipping with UPS over the United States Postal Service (USPS.)

UPS packages ship faster and are the easiest to deal with in the event they lose or damage your package in transit. ​

Due to USPS refusal to honor pickup requests, USPS packages are dropped off once a month at the Downtown Jersey City Post Office. Only shipments to PO Boxs, APOs, or FPOs will ship via USPS.

If you selected USPS and are shipping to a PO Box, APO or FPO then you will receive a shipping email before seeing tracking updates on USPS.com towards the end of the month.

We reserve the right to upgrade your carrier to UPS.

If you selected USPS at checkout and are not shipping to a PO Box APO or FPO you will be upgraded to UPS. This is to ensure safe and fast delivery of your package.

UPS Packages ship once a week (typically Friday.) ​

Once your package has shipped you will receive an email.

If you haven't received an email it either went into your junk folder in your email or your package has not shipped yet.

Track your package, if your package seems lost or stuck in transit contact the shipping carrier to determine what happened.

In the event your shipping carrier loses or damages your package, please contact us either by phone at 1-201-653-5674 or email info@cbihateperfume.com.

For damage, be sure to include photos of the damaged box, items, packing slip, and the number on the outside of the package.

We will file a claim on your behalf with UPS and USPS. UPS and USPS Insurance covers packages under $100. Packages over $100 are covered by a 3rd party insurance plan from Shipsurance and requires your input to claim.

Please do not throw away any damaged packaging or products until the claim has been filed.

We will not reship a lost package until you contact the shipping service and confirm with them.

For damaged packages we will not reship until we have photos and you work with us to file the necessary claims with the shipping carrier, or Shipsurance if necessary.

A lack of compliance may lead to a permanent loss of your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

DHL is the only international shipping carrier we use.

We have had too many issues with various international postal services to make it worth using anything else.

Email us if your country is not listed to arrange shipping.

We might be able to add your country to our list!​

The recipient will have the responsibility of clearing Customs with DHL in their respective country.

If you are buying something for someone in a different country keep this in mind. ​

Clearing Customs includes paying DHL: VAT, import taxes, or duties that may be levied after purchase and any fees DHL charges for processing during the shipping process.

As well as filling out any customer forms if necessary.​

A: No, we will not amend or falsify your invoice to make it cheaper to import. This is fraud.

+ Failure to inform us, provide the necessary information, and photos in a timely manner may result in you keeping the incorrect item and forfeiting your right to exchange or return it.​
